The City’s phone system will undergo a planned structural update on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.

During this time, City phone extensions will be temporarily unavailable as work is completed. However, 911 will be fully operable.

Each phone extension will be updated within a 10-minute window. If you cannot connect or leave a voicemail, please email information@ferndalemi.gov, and the message will be forwarded to the appropriate department.
