Ferndale Public Works Department Launches Neptune My360 Portal
The City of Ferndale is pleased to announce the launch of a new water online usage portal, Neptune My360. The Neptune My360 Consumer Portal replaces the City’s previous WaterSmart platform and provides residents with improved access to water consumption data.
The City is expanding promotion of water usage monitoring as part of this transition. Monitoring water usage can help residents better understand how water is used in their home, notice unusual changes in usage patterns, and identify potential leaks before they lead to higher water bills. Similar to tracking household expenses, simply being aware of daily water use often helps residents better manage consumption.
This system is directly compatible with the Neptune water meters. A small number of older water meters in Ferndale are not compatible but will be a part of the City’s ongoing replacement program.
How to sign up:
To get started, visit https://ferndalemi.my360-app.com/ and create an account. If you already use the WaterSmart system, you will still need to set up a new account. Everyone registered with WaterSmart will receive an email with more information.
Before you begin, please make sure you have the following information:
• Your Ferndale water account number (can be found on your water bill)
• Either your full name or service address
• An email address
Please keep in mind that staff will not have access to the accounts; any changes must be made by the account holder.
Water bills will always be generated from water meter readings. Neptune My360 will replace the old WaterSmart platform because it more accurately reflects actual usage.
Residents who have questions about account setup or meter compatibility may contact the Department of Public Works front desk at 248-546-2519.
