The National Weather Service has issued a Thunderstorm Watch for Oakland County, effective until 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

If necessary, report basement backups or street flooding to the Public Works Department at bit.ly/ferndalescf or call the Police Department's non-emergency line at 248-541-3650.

Please do not unclog the drain on your street until after the storm has passed not to overwhelm the system.

Lastly, and most importantly, do not touch any downed power lines. Please stay away from the area and immediately call 911.
