City of Ferndale Welcomes New BSA Online Payment System

We have an exciting development from the Finance Department! The City has transitioned to a new and improved, modernized BS&A payment system that offers smoother transactions, a user-friendly experience, and elevated customer service.
What has changed?
The only change and action needed is for residents currently on the Point and Pay auto-pay system. Those currently enrolled in the Point and Pay auto-pay can make a one-time payment and re-register for autopay at bsaonline.com/?uid=512. Those currently enrolled in autopay will also be notified via email and letter. Those who are not enrolled in autopay do not need to make changes at this time.
What is the same?
The City still accepts payments online, by phone, Dropbox, or in person with cash, physical checks, e-checks, debit and credit cards—and now, Google Pay and Apple Pay!
Why is the City doing this?
The City's ultimate goal is to provide consistent and helpful customer service, especially with your financial security. This option provides better support for residents and staff. As a bonus, the system is cost-neutral to what the City is currently paying.
