The City of Ferndale will conduct a software update to improve the BSA System from Wednesday, August 5, to Monday, August 10, 2026. During this time, the system will experience some temporary interruptions.

• Water and tax payments can still be made online at bsaonline.com/?uid=512, but there may be temporary delays in posting. However, original payment dates will reflect in the system once the update is complete.
• There also will be a temporary delay with issuing permits and accepting in person payments. However, requests to backdate payments between Wednesday, August 5, to Tuesday, August 11, 2026, will be honored.
