Due to a software upgrade to the City’s BSA payment portal, online bill payments may not be available during the following days and times:

• MONDAY, AUGUST 17 (5:00 p.m.) to TUESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2026 (8:00 a.m.)
• TUESDAY, AUGUST 18 (5:00 p.m.) to WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2026 (8:00 a.m.)

Payments can still be made in person during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. They can also be processed by phone, drop box, or mail.

Late fees for online payments will be waived during this time. Thank you for your patience as we complete this important update!
