Notice is hereby given that the Board of Review of the City of Ferndale, County of Oakland, will be in session at City Hall, 300 E. Nine Mile Rd, Ferndale, MI 48220 on the following date/time:

Tuesday, July 21, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

This meeting of the Board of Review is for regular business under MCL 211.53b; this includes appeals for Poverty Exemptions and Qualified Errors, including clerical errors and mutual mistakes of fact. Applicants for Poverty Exemptions are advised to submit their application and required documentation by Monday, July 20, 2026. Incomplete applications may be denied by the Board of Review.
