Property tax season starts on Monday, December 1, 2025. Paper bills have been sent and should arrive in the mail soon. Residents can pay online at bsaonline.com/?uid=512, by phone at 947-282-5306, by mail, or in person at the dropbox or front counter of City Hall. Online and phone tax bills are due on Saturday, February 14, 2026. In-person and dropbox payments are extended to Tuesday, February 17, 2026, due to City Hall's closure for Presidents' Day.
