Online inspections allows homeowners and contractors to schedule online inspections directly with City inspectors.

The online inspections link will appear in the left margin of the page. Homeowners do not require a login to submit an inspection request.

Contractors will require a log-in to access online inspections. To enter an Online Inspection:

• Enter or select a permit number associated with your log-in credentials.
• Choose an Inspection Type and an available date from the integrated calendar. (The dates in the calendar correspond to the inspector’s availability, thus preventing overbooking.)
• Enter any contact information and attach documents as necessary.
• When finished, the inspector will receive the request and a confirmation email will be sent to the designated contact(s).
