Clean The Ferndale Up

Clean the Ferndale Up

The annual "Clean the Ferndale Up" is the City's annual spring spruce-up event, where community members join staff and elected officials to rake, garden, repair, and beautify areas of our fair city. Join the movement by volunteering for the cleanup or simply use the opportunity to clean your own yard.

WHEN/Where

WHO PARTICIPATES?

Everyone! Our event routinely sees involvement from residents, friends, families (supervised children are absolutely welcome), local businesses, and community groups. Physical limitations are not an issue; there are tasks for all, and we all work at our own speeds. These cleanups are fun and spirited for all!

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING

Gardening attire - Sleeved shirt (no tank-tops), full length pants (no shorts), sturdy closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops or sandals), and a pair of work gloves. If you don’t have work or gardening gloves, no problem! We will have extra pairs.
