The State of Michigan created the Economic Vitality Incentive Program (EVIP) in 2011 to award] funds to municipalities based on meeting requirements in three categories: Accountability and Transparency, Consolidation of Services, and Employee Compensation. Ferndale has partnered with Munetrix to present the public with a Citizens Guide, Performance Dashboard, and a Database of our Shared Services.
