The 409 on 9 development located at 409 E. 9 Mile Rd. will consist of 127 apartment units, and a ground floor of 5,500 sq.ft. of commercial space. The site will support green space integrated at the front of the development. Parking will be located beneath the building, as well as behind the building, to support the residential and commercial uses.

Current demolition and building plans under review. Demotition expected to begin Spring 2019.
