The applicant, Krieger Klatt, is proposing a four (4) unit multiple-family development at 211 Vester. The proposed number of units and multiple-family residential use are permitted in the R-3 (Single/Multiple-Family Residential) zoning district where the property is located. The applicant submit a conceptual site plan and letter about the project for discussion at the June 16, 2021 Planning Commission meeting before formally submitting for site plan review. The Planning Commission does not vote on Discussion Items.
