This CBD Urban-Flex zoned property currently contains an approximately 10,500 SF vehicle collision repair shop, Ferndale Collision. This property is proposed to be demolished for a 5-story mixed-use parking structure with a building footprint of 18,013 SF. The applicant is proposing 8,700 SF of retail and restaurant use on the ground floor and 161 parking spaces on the floors above.
