The applicant, HF Architecture, is proposing a mixed use development with ground level commercial space and 19 upper story residential units at 1120 E 9 Mile. The proposed uses are permitted in the C-2 (General Commercial) zoning district where the property is located. Staff is reviewing the site plan for compliance with the City's zoning ordinance and the item is scheduled for review by the Planning Commission at the March 17, 2021 meeting.
