1111 W Nine Mile Redevelopment

The applicant will present a conceptual site plan application for a lodging facility (business hotel) development. The Planning Commission will discuss the applicant’s conceptual site plan at this meeting, but a vote will not be made on the agenda item. The proposed lodging facility use requires a special land use in the C-2 (General Commercial) zoning district, which would require a rezoning from the existing Mixed Use 2 (MXD-2) zoning district. The Planning Commission will discuss the project based on all applicable zoning ordinance requirements.

The project is currently in a conceptual phase and will seek input from the Planning Commission and community at the August 18, 2021 Planning Commission meeting. The meeting agenda is available HERE.
