A Fence Permit will be used to keep records of ownership of the fence and also let the owner/contractor know that the height and location is approved by the City Ordinance. Review the fence ordinance at this link.

A Zoning Compliance Permit is used for accessory structures (sheds less than 200 square feet) or similar items where a Building Permit is not required, but a review is necessary for City Ordinance compliance.
