Ferndale Parks and Recreation Introduces Amilia, A New Way To Register For Activities

July 22, 2020

It’s official—parks and recreation has a new activity registration platform, powered by Amilia. This will replace ActiveNet as a new way to sign up for sports, teams, classes, senior group, dog park classes, and more.

Why The Change?

We always want to make things easier and more user friendly for our residents, and this will do just that.

What Does Amilia Provide?

This new platform gives users a faster, easier online registration with a more intuitive look and feel. Amilia will allow you easy access to your family’s online user account and the ability to view your entire family’s activity schedule at a glance. The platform will also centralize your family's billing information (like invoices, upcoming payments, refunds, and deposits) all in one place.

How Do I Access Amilia?

You can find the Ferndale Parks and Recreation activity site here.

There is also an app available for download for iPhone and/or Android devices, simply search for Amilia in the app store, or follow these links:

With the app you can easily check your upcoming activity schedule anywhere, anytime, and access your membership cards.

How Do I Sign Up With Amilia?

Once you are at the Ferndale Parks and Rec activity page, click on “log in” in the upper right corner. From there, you will click on “create an account”.

Please be aware that you will need to create a new account even if you had an account with Ferndale Parks and Rec in the past.

Once your account is created, you will be taken to the Ferndale Parks and Recreation activity page. In the top right corner you will see your email address. Click on your email address to access “My Account”. You will be directed to your account information page with the options to add members to your family, add payment methods, and access other documents.

Have Questions?

If you have questions regarding the new platform, please reach out to Ferndale Parks and Recreation at ferndalerecreation@ferndalemi.gov.
