City & DDA to Host New Jingle & Mingle Event

November 8, 2022

It’s the holiday season, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Let’s kick off the winter season of fun, spirit, and giving as we Jingle and Mingle!

This family-friendly event will bring together friends, family, and neighbors for a fun outdoor gathering featuring music by local deejays, hot cocoa from Quix Chocolate to share around firepits, special PATIO Zones drinks made by local businesses, seasonal decor sales from Western Market, a kid play zone, and much more. Stop by the event while shopping, dining, or spending time Downtown!

Most importantly, the heart and spirit of this event are community and kindness. As a way of giving back this season, there will also be a nonperishable food drive to benefit the Renaissance Vineyard Community Food Pantry. All are encouraged to bring boxed or canned food items to donate, and doing so will provide a chance to win an Amish turkey—courtesy of Western Market! The items in high demand include canned beans (pinto beans, refried baked beans, Northern beans, or garbanzo beans), canned soup, peanut butter, canned vegetables, and rice side dishes.

Did someone mention food? We're very excited to announce the three participating food vendors:

- Imperial Taco Truck

- DG Gourmet Sandwiches & Subs

- Little Lou's Hot Chicken
