The Retirement and HR Specialist performs the administrative duties for the Retirement system, including but not limited to, performing clerical and paraprofessional duties associated with the City's retirement system. The Retirement and HR Specialist will work directly with retirees and employees within the system to calculate and determine account changes, as required. The Retirement and HR Specialist works with our third-party administrators to provide and obtain information for the effective administration and oversight of the City's retirement plans. This position will also work as a backup for payroll and will assist with general Human Resource administration.
