The Ferndale Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is seeking a dynamic and energetic leader responsible for managing the DDA's goals, as defined by the Board of Directors and the DDA Possibilities Plan. In this role, you will passionately advocate for the DDA District, serving as a liaison to businesses, property owners, governmental officials and staff, community organizations, and others. Your primary focus will be on driving economic revitalization within the Tax Increment Financing District and building strong relationships to enhance the professional reputation of the Ferndale DDA.

As the Executive Director of the Ferndale DDA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the economic revitalization and enhancing the vibrancy of Downtown Ferndale. Your essential duties and responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at achieving the DDA's objectives. From strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to financial management and community promotion, you will guide the DDA toward continuous improvement.
