The City of Ferndale seeks an exceptional customer service professional to serve as an Information Coordinator. This role is critical to the success of the City's resident relations efforts and our Water Billing, Finance, Public Works, Communications, and City Manager's Departments. As a Customer Service Representative III/Information Coordinator, you will provide direct customer support by engaging with residents via phone, email, and digital applications; responding to/managing resident requests; answering a variety of frequently asked questions; being a subject matter expert on Water Department/billing matters; seeking to create efficiencies in customer relations; and more.
