The first step in the process is to submit a Key Fob Registration Form, where you will review and sign the User Agreement. The User Agreement will be renewed each year before June 30 to ensure businesses are up to date with current waste area rules and regulations (The dot location is currently the only waste room requiring a user agreement).

The central locations for solid waste and recycling helps keeps the Downtown streetscape free of clutter, unpleasant odors, unwanted pests, and debris. The goal is to move all compactors around the Downtown area into enclosures in the coming years, and we look forward to starting on West Troy Street with The dot waste room. We feel this will create a better experience for customers, as well as business staff.
