Building Permits are required for any work performed by a homeowner, business owner, or contractor. Building permits ensure that your work is in compliance with building codes that regulate the processes of demolition, renovation, installation, construction, and inspection.
Permits can now be applied for online with BS&A. Please fill out the permit document at the "apply online, link above, use this link to access BS&A Online. Contact Kathy McClintic if you have any questions. If you are contractor, note that you may need to create a free BS&A account.
