The City of Ferndale City Clerk's Office processes body decorating artist and salon applications. Licenses are valid for a period of one year, from January 1 to December 31. All body decorating salons and artists operating within the City are required to be licensed by the City. Please visit the City's ordinance for body decorating artist and salons.
